How do I earn points?

CLUB AIVI members are entitled to earn reward points on every purchase made at participating Apparel Group stores across the GCC.

To earn points in-store, customers must present the identification barcode available in the AIVI app at the point of purchase or provide their registered mobile number.

CLUB AIVI may also award special bonus points during selected promotions and events. These bonus points can be redeemed at participating stores.

How do I redeem points?

Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. Members can redeem their points at any time before the one-year expiry date.

Where applicable, brand-specific validity details will be available in the AIVI mobile app.

What is the value of CLUB AIVI points?
  • UAE, KSA and Qatar: 1 point equals 1 AED.
  • Bahrain: 10 points equal 1 BHD.
  • Oman: 10 points equal 1 OMR.
  • Kuwait: 25 points equal 2 KWD.
Where can I redeem my CLUB AIVI points?

CLUB AIVI points can be redeemed at participating CLUB AIVI stores and through the AIVI app across the GCC.

Participating brands are country-specific and may vary from one country to another.

Why can’t I redeem my points until I log in to the app?

After accessing the AIVI app, you must complete your profile before you can redeem your points.

Once your profile is complete, your points will be unlocked and available for redemption.

When can I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed instantly on your next purchase, provided that your profile details have been completed.

Can I collect and redeem points during sales and promotions?

Yes, points can be earned and redeemed during sales and promotions.

Will my points transfer if I change my mobile number?

Yes, your points will be transferred to your new mobile number once it has been updated in the AIVI app and successfully validated through OTP verification.

How are my points calculated?

Points are calculated according to your membership tier.

Regular-priced items:

  • Black Tier: Earn CLUB AIVI points worth AED 5 for every AED 100 spent.
  • Gold Tier: Earn CLUB AIVI points worth AED 3 for every AED 100 spent.
  • Silver Tier: Earn CLUB AIVI points worth AED 2 for every AED 100 spent.

Discounted items:

Across all tiers, members earn CLUB AIVI points worth AED 1 for every AED 100 spent on discounted items.

How can I become a Gold or Black Tier member?
  • To become a Gold Tier member, you must spend a minimum of AED 10,000 within the last 365 days.
  • To become a Black Tier member, you must spend AED 25,000 or more within the last 365 days.
